The Approach - Health Coaching

I coach women to redefine wellness and how it relates to their Everyday life. I help women remove the shame and guilt out of eating. We will explore your preexisting beliefs around health so you will feel refreshed instead of obsessed. I take into account your personal history around food and body image to begin our discovery around unwanted habits and concerns. I will help you lose that inner diet-y critic voice for good. Using bio-individuality we will explore the physical and emotional challenges that you face with food and discover what health looks like for you.

Bio-individuality is a concept that each person has their own unique nutritional needs and that no one diet is right for everyone. The body has an innate wisdom and you will gain the art of listening to it. I will give you concrete tools and techniques to redefine what health and happiness means to you. We will discover how to improve all aspects of your health including emotional, mental and physical. You will feel confident and learn about your body and also tackle how to make choices based on your own individual needs instead of falling for fad and popular diets.

My approach for de-cluttering and home organization is very much a factor of Overall Health. I believe that in order to relieve stress, you must start in the environment & space you live in. Stress is a number one factor of how healthy you are. If you enter your home, bedroom, kids' rooms and you are immediately overwhelmed with physical clutter and a disorganized space, it can make you feel stressed, on edge and will eventually ooze into other factors of your life and health. If you are able to come home to a relaxing, welcoming and clean space, you will physically feel more relaxed and calm.
